Within the last 4 to 5 months, we haven't had a burger make it to our table warm but maybe twice! My son and I go to the movies... a lot, and he loves to go to R.R before our flick for dinner, or he used to. Maybe it's just our luck but we have found thateven with a reservation time of 50 minutes, we end up waiting another 20 minutes or more just to be seated. Our burgers takeforever to get to the table, and more often than not they are barely warm, but the fries are hot. We have switched to the CrispyChicken sandwich because it's breaded and arrives at an acceptable eating temp. Also we are finding that from the time we arrivefor our reservation time(delayed), until our meals make it to the table, we must ask for to-go boxes because we have to takehalf, or sometimes all of our meal with us because we didn't have time to eat. Start to not finished 3hrs, delayed reservation,forever wait time on a burger at a gourmet burger restaurant, cold food we may have to take with us.... Is it staffing, onlineorders or both? We hope that they can pull it together and bring back the fun and the yummm!!! Read more
