I gave 2 stars because it's a huge nice spot to be social in, but the service was SLOWWW... and then when I inquired where my... items were ... WELL that was a big attitude problem, especially cause I couldn't hear what she was saying & asked her to repeatit. She didn't even let me finish what I was going to say, just talking over me. No apology from any of the 3 people who helpedcomplete my order after 10+ minutes for a refill & a sandwich. I threw in a picture how I received the result. I wish I had itin camera her literally tossing the sandwich bag to slide on the counter when it was done. I don't live in this area and treatedmyself here... They need help. I love studying at this location and everyone is super friendly. I ordered a mobile order Treinta drink today and received a... tall instead. This has happened to me twice before at this location even though the label says Tr everytime. ???? They weresuper busy today though, so I didn?t want to bother them.
