Hit or miss, sometimes everything is fine but often flavors are not working. The staff can be rude. The back door is broken too.... Last time I was here I saw the back door slam into a little kid because the pneumatic closing arm is all messed up. That thinghas been broken for at least two years. Read more

Edit in response to reply: the employee refused to sell one from the case. I dont want the ones that are above the case,... especially if customers are allowed to handle them themselves, that specifically brings up the original issue I was concernedwith--safe food handling Rude customer service, was just in with my daughter and asked if I could buy one of the cones that wasin the enclosed cabinet but the employee refused, stating that I could only buy the ones that were exposed and not in a coveredcase. This is really disgusting to me considering covid precautions and honestly do not feel safe buying from here. Read more

Don?t forget to put in your phone number for rewards since they add up and don?t expire!
