I love this place. The atmosphere is calm but welcoming and the servers are so nice. The food takes a little while to come out... but the wait is worth it. The textures and flavors you experience are amazing and the chef is extremely kind. One of my favoriteplaces in Seattle by far. Read more
This quiet, unassuming restaurant is truly a diamond among rocks. The food is genuine, scrumptious, and fully and lovingly made... by hand and it shows. The portions are fantastic. We got the lobster ravioli and the ribeye for our mains, and WOW. The saucewith the steak was perfectly complimentary, not overpowering and adding to the depths of flavor. The steal itself was soft andjuicy, with a delicate sear. It also came with some delicious penne and greens. The ravioli was rich and the sauce was creamyand succulent. The lobster was delicate, the ravioli itself was perfectly chewy and soft, the dough obviously handmade. Thewaiter was very helpful and attentive, consistently making sure we were enjoying ourselves. The chef himself came out after ourmeal and checked on us, and was personable and knowledgeable in discussing the plates. My only complaint was not having moreroom for more food, and this restaurant not being closer to my hometown. I will gladly come here again, and tell others of it aswell. Read more
A Seattle monument. I was very surprised to find a restaurant displaying the Berber flag (myself being French-Berber) in... Seattle. I decided to try it and I was amazed. I received an extremely warm welcome from the chef and his team. As for themeal, from appetizer to dessert, it is a success. You can directly feel the experience of the chef, whether it is in theseasoning, the cooking or the visual. My sincere greetings to the chef and all his team. Read more

Food was average - nothing too compelling to make me come again. Service was excellent. Ambiance was ok but the place, overall,... felt a bit worn out. Food: 2/5 The salad was average. Soup was actually good but felt more Ethiopian like lentil style. The vegpenne Arabist?s pasta was also mediocre. It didn?t feel authentic. Sangria was average too. Service: 5/5 Very nice, friendly,clean and helpful servers. The chef himself came up and offered to make any dish vegetarian.
