Stop at this location quite frequently for delivery but after this last experience. That was it. When you talk "delivery... partners". This means we work together to get food to customers that may have no means of doing so before. I loved that theystarted giving the orders at the door. Because this meant that they were actually doing a "partner" step in the process. I evenstarted writing the order number on a small white board so they wouldn't have to go back n forth... Well they stop doing that.Now back to waiting in a line of people that haven't even ordered yet. Yeah so I pulled up to drive thru this morning and waiteda min or 2. Said "hello", no one responded. So now I'm wondering if they are still open, filling orders or what. So I pullaround to the window. I see a gentleman on the phone so I give him a few min (We're paid by the delivery not the hr mind you).But that's okay, I understand sometimes things happen. Anyway so within a 5 min period he had glanced at me twice but did notgesture anything whatsoever. So I tap on the window. The guy is clearly ignoring me, and I'm wondering what's going on. Are youopen are you not open. I would love to move on if so. Look man all it takes is 1 second to gesture "give us a min" or " nope notright now".... But nothing. So I write on my white board "common courtesy goes a long way" and tap on the window again. Finallythere's like 3 people walking around in there blatantly ignoring me. I mean really, what is going on here. Finally I hear himsay "f off"... Are you kidding me, like seriously. What the heck is the matter with these people. Then he proceeds to say I'macting like a child for tapping on the window, he's not going to give me any order and waves bye. Wow like I haven't seen suchbackwards costumer service this bad in quite some time. This guy is unbelievable. I've giving the experience 1 Star but Iforgive you bro. I don?t think it?s ever occurred to me to write a review for fast food, before now, but ? We came through pretty late tonight... and had a truly 5 star drive thru experience. The person taking our order was patent and thorough, the speaker system had reallyclear sound, and the person who passed us the food was so sunny and delightful. Whoever was on drive thru earlier tonight(around 11:50pm) deserves a raise. Their customer service skills would be right at home in a fine dining restaurant. Read more

Bad fast customer service, bad greasy food, they messed up on the order twice, employees pay almost all their attention & move... so fast to full fill drive thru orders( Correct or wrong)that they almost abandon the lounge dine in customers . They are almostrude. There is no respect here for our money. We get their bad food as if we are not paying for it. And as if they are forced towork there, and as if they are forced to serve it to us. Why would we subject our self to this .We just go to anotherMcDonald's where we are Valued, and Cherished, and food has a better quality. Parking lot is surrounded by trash, junk, uglyjunky cars, and dilapidated RV, plus a lot of shady looking characters hanging out, or walking around aimlessly, that you wouldnot feel safe to leave your nice car alone . Or your nice lady in the car alone. Definitely you would feel embarrassed if youbring your nice company ( friends) to this McDonald's. It is like The Getto of McDonald's Restrooms lights are dimmed so muchthat it is almost dark. Then there is a little dimmed blue lights throughout the restroom , you barely can see , and you feellike you are in a twilight zone, or a dancing club( except no good music, and no dancing crowd, and no alcohol, and you are nothaving a good time). Drive thru is really busy Not because the food and ,or the service is good., it is because of McDonald'sname & sign. And it is the only McDonald's near by, and it is surrounded by lots of businesses , Other than that it is not agood place to eat at or order from. Certainly I would not order, or eat in at this McDonald's. I would for sure choose anothernicer McDonald's where the food & service are better quality, and the parking lot is safer Read more

Ordered a Quarter Pounder /w Cheese Combo Meal. Received the same old, COLD Dried up patty....nothing has changed. I'll take... my business to 5-Guys or worse case Jack in the Box.....you know their patties are Hot and juicy. Sorry McDonalds, I have triedto give you a chance.....
