Menu for Fit Bar Superfood Cafe in Seattle, WA

First time here! Trying to check out more spots in downtown Renton and I can already say this will be a staple. Staff were super... friendly, store was clean, and the door opened up to the street so I could sit at a table with my pup. I had the Pitaya Twist(large) and it was amazing. The tart and sweet combination was perfect for me - I can't have too much sweet at once. Ingredientswere fresh and the granola was nice and crunchy. Cozy cafe focused on delicious 'superfood' smoothies and bowls. Ordered the admiral bowl, which was tasty. They offer to top the... bowl with honey or agave, but I felt it was pleasantly sweet without. Seems like a great place to pick up a workout adjacentsmoothie. I went in yesterday about an hour before closing, but was so completely ignored by the two women working there (one was messing... with the ipad at the counter and the other was simply un-boxing silverware but they both definitely saw me standing there readyto order) that I finally just left. Bowls are the best! I switch between the Admiral and the PB Power bowls. 5 stars for the bowls but the people behind the... register could be better. Not very welcoming and they assume you know what you want when you enter. Their faces reflect theydon't know what they are doing and don't really want to be there. They need a few lessons on customer service. It would be greatif they asked what I liked and perhaps suggest something new. The owner is friendly and does just that, suggests. Also, asimple, "Thanks for coming in or Come back soon" would make me feel like I should. Again, the products are 5 star and theservice really is a 3. Read more
