Good setup and very good food. I had the ribs and coleslaw. The BBQ sauce was very good too. The only problem was that there was... no salt in the rub. I feel like the ribs would stay a bit more moist and would develop a better bark if they put salt and sugarin the rub and grind it a bit coarser. Needed a thicker rub. Otherwise was really good. Friendly service and decent brisket sandwich, lots of meat inside. The coleslaw side has a bit too much vinegar.
After seeing the reviews about this place I decided to try it out. Having lived in the Midwest and mid-south I am very picky... about my bbq. They did a great job! I had the pulled pork sandwich and it was amazing! Smoked just right and had that littleadded spice to it that gives it a little kick but not too much. Meat was very tender and not overdone/dry. When I showed upthere was a line but it was for the pasta place next door, so don?t wait in the line. The exterior is literally a hole in thewall place, seating is limited so I took mine to go.
