Ordered team lunch on grub hub. Ordered at 11:15 AM and delivery time was 12:15 PM. We were good. Now, the delivery time kept... extending until 2:00 PM and finally we were told Chipotle will not be able to service our order. Came at lunch time and it sounded like their online ordering system was down & their receipt printer was also down. The manager... did a great job making that line move quickly so that is not why I gave 1 stars. When I asked the check out lady for a receipt,she grumpily informed me it didn?t work. I explained I was trying to expense this lunch for work and asked if there was anythingshe could give me and she very rudely said ?oh well?. I've never thought I'd say that but this is the worst Chipotle location ever I experienced. Here is what happened: I ordered my... lunch via UberEats from this Chipotle location three times in the last two months. All three orders I got weren't what I orderedor expected. First order, I ordered burrito and guac & chip - I got actually burrito bowl and just guac without the chips. Thesecond order, I ordered burrito but the indigents were incorrect. The third and last order - the burrito came in really soggyand falling apart because they put way too much of indigents inside than they should and I also ordered guac & chip but I didn'tget guac. If they're out of guacamoles - they should notify customers that instead of "surprise" them without one after theypaid for it. I'm very disappointed with my last three orders. I don't recommend you to order food from this Chipotle location.since they can't get the orders right. Read more
