Stop by to pick up my son. I bought 3 cups and spend $27 there, taste spoil original flavor took them back right away because we... can even eat it. Staff refuse to refund so I throw them all away infront of him. We always have this at other location not tastelike this. Do not recommend. Read more
This place is awful. Unfortunately my kid loves froyo so we end up here more than I would like. I never write reviews but feel... compelled to do so because this place has gotten so bad. The employees are all apathetic teenagers. Often when we enter thestore, no one is at the register. We can see that someone is in the back room, and they definitely can hear us but don?t botherto come out (probably figuring that they?ll just keep scrolling through their phone because they?re not needed until it?s timefor the customer to pay). If we need assistance we have to yell for someone. Super annoying. Store is absolutely filthy. If theydon?t have a pest problem already, they likely will soon. The floor is visibly dirty. Toppings area is a total mess (theemployees don?t bother to wipe it down). Windows and doors are smudged and gross. Outdoor tables are gross. Ground outside bythe tables is gross (covered with the remnants of yogurt spills). They force everyone to use a huge yogurt container and nowapparently won?t even give you a reasonably sized kids cup when asked (they used to at least keep some behind the counter andprovide one when asked). Super wasteful. They also have a bunch of random boxes of supplies stacked everywhere. Just weird andunprofessional. Who owns this place? Check in on it every once in awhile and take some pride in your business. I?m going tostart insisting that we go elsewhere when my kid asks for menchies. Read more
Appalling customer service from rude and disinterested teenager who barged in front of us so she could get a free portion when... her shift ended. Hope they can employ people who can welcome customers and practice some modicum of hospitality. We had to getbring out chairs so we could sit outside. Read more
Not impressed! 1. location is apparently being used for partial storage right now. the space is uninviting and gross. 2. the fro... yo wasn't super cold, and quickly melted on a hot day 3. I tried to visit another location which Google said was open and thenthere was a sad paper sign on the door with changed hours which was a waste of a trip (y'all can update your hours very easilyon google btw) 4. MOST importantly - the single use plastics for toppings is HORRIFIC. I probably just killed a manatee becauseI wanted sprinkles. I can't imagine these plastics are better for the bottom line and they certainly aren't saving us all fromCOVID. Do better. Read more

It appears there are lazy young teenage employees... who work and have no clue or either not interested in the success of this place. Windows are super dirty. Trash bins were fullwith available waste products discarded by other customers. I would expect this location to be above the rest. No so. Read more
