Amazing service, amazing food and they have uni-so rare to find! We showed up at 8:50pm (stuck in traffic) they were so kind to... still seat and serve us with their top notch service! We had to get our orders in by 9, and be out by 9:30 (when they close)food was so fast, and delicious!!! Best sushi in Seattle! Sucks bc we live in Shoreline. If you wanna enjoy some darn good sushi that is immaculately presented with little to no hustle and bustle in the environment,... Aburiya is the place to be. Staff was extremely friendly and food was fresh and tasty. Small portion sizes but that doesn?tmatter when it?s delectable. Ordered the Aburiya Bento Box! Try it, you won?t be disappointed. Friendly staff and great tasting aburi. What I appreciated most about the salmon set was the aburi was just seared. No sauce or... bells and whistles put on top. The chef uses a piece of coal while torching the fish to create a more aromatic finish. Nicetouch guys! Read more
