Good, quality ingredients, but too small, especially for the price. The thing that is a deal-breaker though is the service.... Waited for half an hour to get sandwiches and soup that was already cold, the group paid extra for bread and bacon, didn't getit. The staff are overworked, and not well organized. I ordered the grass-fed steak & blue and this was hands down one of the best sandwiches I?ve ever had. I?m not a big sandwich... person, but I heard good things about Homegrown and was passing by, so I decided to check it out. All the ingredients were SOfresh. And, the way each ingredient complimented the other and enhanced the flavor profile was quite unexpected. Often times,the description of the item on the menu sounds mouth watering, but is a let down in comparison. This far exceeding myexpectations. I grabbed takeout for lunch midweek so there was a little bit of a crowd but they were efficient. There was a selfservice kiosk and time to pick was less than 5 minutes. Homegrown is delicious. They are pretty fast, the sandwiches are soooo good and then honestly are only barely more expensive... than a place like Jimmy John's but soooo worth it. I am vegetarian and love the zaatar and chickpea and I usually add feta.Literally my favorite. Read more
