Eyeroll. I honestly don't understand who shops here. Was expensive before, but now it's an Amazon holding and no better pricing.... Not really helping out the service workers, which are the backbone of the economy and Amazon's business model. None of themcould shop here. Was able to walk thru and see lots of stuff I'd like to buy, but who the heck wants to pay the price for theluxury and still stand in a 15 minute line to do self checkout? Read more
Took my Amazon return pkg there, area inside where they ship items from was closed. Asked a checker if they had different hours... than the store. She said yes. They close st 7. Clean store and friendly associates. The hot food bar could use some attention but all stores have gone down hill on hot food... bars, at least they had a small one with cold fries. I was also to do amazon return there which was nice. Read more

I have never experienced anything like this in a retail environment. All the employees except for a couple have a noticeable... unpleasant attitude towards customers. At first I thought it was just me who recieved poor customer service but after payingattention to others encounters with staff, it was clear that I was not alone in this. The employees who work on the floor arethe worst in my opinion. I could be walking down no particular isle and there could be a employee stocking the shelves and as Iget near the employee I will give a greeting, excusing myself as I pass them and will not recieve any kind of response. In mostcases not even a look of acknowledgement. This has happened multiple times with multiple employees. Cashier's are not muchbetter. I have been treated rudely on many different occasions to the point of calling the store manager to report suchbehavior. Only to find out that even the supervisors are lacking in the value that customer service brings to a company. Ialmost understand why the employees act the way they do when they are watching their leaders behaving the way they do. I liketo feel valued where I spend my hard earned money and I just don't get that at this Whole Foods location. I feel the completeopposite by the time I am in the check out line. Read more
