The hotel stay was wonderful and the hotel staff were phenomenal. The spa, however, we had some challenges with. We paid over... $600 for facials, manicures, and pedicures. The staff was very sweet and the facials were wonderful. The manicures and pedicuresthough were done by a woman who did not stop talking the entire time- that?s not an exaggeration. I left with a headache. Sheasked invasive questions and was fairly intense about things, and kept pushing a local restaurant for us for dinner despite ourpolite refusal. At one point asked my mom ?how big is your house,? and kept going on about the weight loss of her kids, insinuating I (a bigger girl) should be interested in it. She told me I ?looked exotic? and spoke uncomfortably long about hercomplaints regarding the spa, management, her job, her husband, etc. She did not do massages or callous removal, but opted tospend time showing us photos in her phone and asking bizarre questions instead. She abruptly ushered us out of there when wewere done despite having offered a moment for us to let our nails dry and relax. Certainly not a ?spa? service. When we got outof there we realized our nails were bubbling at the edges as well. Just overall not what we?d expect from a ?spa? and certainlynot one at that price. We both left disappointed with her service in particular. She was very nice, just intrusive and intense.I?m not sure she realized how rude she was coming off but we were definitely upset at her behavior. Read more

Check in was smooth and the lobby is lovely. Room was adequate and spacious. I believe you get what you pay for and you are... definitely paying for the park like setting and proximity to the airport! Landscaping is amazing and a welcome distraction in anotherwise lackluster location. By far one of the most expensive hotels near the airport. The ?living room? treats wereacceptable, chocolate malt balls, chocolate covered raisins, granola and trail mix. I got the last string cheese in the fridgebut there was also yogurt and ice cream. In room coffeemaker was clean as was the rest of the room. Not the most comfortable bedand the toilet ran. The generous bathtub was a treat, if you?re not deterred by the mold on the exterior or on a couple spots ofgrout. Close to a mall with a lot of dining options. Nice drip coffee at checkout! I had an okay experience. So the grounds and building are very much the sort of thing you might expect from a country lodge... getaway and yet it?s just minutes from the airport. It?s on a large piece of land effectively and thus pretty quiet which isnice. Staff are nice as well, and the atmosphere is pleasant enough. I got a deluxe room king with a balcony, and in my opinionthe room is about what you?d get from any middle aged decent hotel; but certainly not some sprawling lodge and not what I?dexpect for $350.00 for a night. That is just my opinion after all but it was a fairly small room, with a balcony that overlookedthe parking lot and a bed and a chair and the usual closet and bath (albeit a slightly larger shower)? Do I think this place isbetter than the average hotel? Yes, when you factor amenities around the property and the ambience and quiet. But the roomitself is just average and I may have otherwise been likely to leave more praise but my AC did not work and when I went to thefront desk and they sent a mechanic to see he told them it was fine. I took photos of the thermostat every few hours through thenight and the temperature never went down, it went up! So I was hot and muggy and left with an average experience for service? The thing is I pay close attention to how management responds and I see whoever manages this account does respond but theylargely ignore negative feedback and either note the good things complaints list or give you an email for someone who works atthe hotel who isn?t really going to do anything. Management should do better rather than recycle the same responses over andover. Read more

Our visit was a wonderful experience. The staff were accommodating and polite. The spa amenities ( which is why we went - girls... getaway ) were fantastic. I would definitely recommend! The "living room snacks" were a definite bonus! We loved them! The onlyreason I gave it four stars is because we were a little disappointed at the selection of brunch items at their restaurant (Copperleaf ). The staff were wonderful but the menu selection was lackluster. I ask that perhaps they revamp their brunch menu. Read more

Loved our stay here, with one caveat. The shuttle service that all the reviews raved about took over 25 minutes to pick us up... from the airport. I expected better from a place just 10 minutes away. It was definitely still better than paying for Uber butit was not super prompt. I will say the shuttles back to the airport leave on time (every half hour) so no worries getting toyour flight. Everything else was great and exceeded expectations. Beautiful grounds, nice staff, very high quality restaurant, and spacious and comfy rooms. Doesn?t feel like a normal ?airport hotel? at all. Will definitely return. Read more
