Went there for some vegan Impossible burritos and ended up getting good food but it was hard to communicate with the servers.... They didn't seem to know what the word vegan meant or if the Spanish rice was vegan or had butter in it. Also, nowhere on themenu did it suggest we could get beans or rice with our burritos. So I was pleasantly surprised they were offered. Lastly, whenI asked for lettuce the server put lettuce on the burrito but along with it came 5 shreds of cheese and I had to ask for it tobe removed, which they did and were kind about it. But if I hadn't been watching I would have gotten cheese on my wife's burritowho is lactose intolerant (not allergic) and could have gotten an upset stomach from it. Read more
On 26 Jul 2022, about 15 mins or so prior to a shift change we get served by this young lady. I should had taken a pic but she... makes our two burritos with literally a half spoon of chicken each, about 10 pieces. Then she insisted it was the correctamount while we had been waiting and watching others being made the correct way. We were very tired arriving from a cruise sodidn't make a scene. Our kids salad and steak burrito were great but made by another person which got this to a two star. Ifan employee have an issue, don't serve people because it is a bad look for the business. If it wasn't for there was an AfricanAmerican young lady working next to her, I would had thought differently, but since we were the only African Americans in thisvery long line before and after getting our food it makes me wonder. Had my dinner here while flying out of Gate A1. It is right across at the cross roads of gates A and B, conveniently located.... Took the Chicken bowl, priced at $11.95. Decent sized bowl, good portion, enough to make you full. Toppings are not chargedextra and that helps you make it as tasty as possible.
