If you?re looking for something quick, a grab and go slice, look elsewhere. Ian?s does not keep the pizza hot, this saves the... pizza from overcooking and the need to rotate unsold product. When you order a slice be prepared to wait while your pizza isreheated. If you?re looking for sanitary, like gloves worn by the staff or tables to be wiped down, look elsewhere. Watch thestaff behind the counter and odds are good you?ll see slices being transferred between trays or put on your plate by hand, notongs or gloves to be found. The main thing Ian?s has is a convenient location. That?s part of how they get away with charging$4.50 for a slice of cheese. The other interesting thing is the unique flavor profiles you can find. Really terrible vegan mac and cheese pizza. Improperly place topping on one side of pizza and you left 2-2.5 inches of plain... dough ring on a 12 inch pizza. Seriously? Thats like 6 inch pizza base and topping on 12 inch. Cheese was flowing like water.No taste. I want my money back. Read more
