It's Starbuck's in Northwest Hospital. I wish they would have announced my drink was ready before someone else put their hands... on it. I wish the barista had offered to replace it, since she saw it happen. But I didn't ask for that, so I own that. Iappreciate them having table space that is wheelchair friendly and accessible. My drink was properly prepared. Staff was lethargic and displayed no customer service skills. Waited for drink and they could... not bother notifying that my drink was ready.
