Service: 4 Taste: 4 Price: 2 Quality: 4 Quantity: 3 I loved the ambiance here. We sat in the garden seating with our group and... it was such a vibe. This spot is perfect for a date. Overall, I thought the sushi rice was very well done and the fish waspretty good too. I also thought their signature cocktails were creative and very done as well. We ordered a variety of sushirolls and split family style. One of our rolls that was recommended had crab salad on top and spicy tuna on the inside, and Ilater saw on the receipt that it was $18. I know these are not only the cheapest thing you can put in a sushi roll, but they arealso the last thing, so I was a little disappointed to find out how expensive it was. My favorite roll we got was the fourkings, but then I found out that roll was almost $30. Ultimately, you’re going to pay seafood prices here. I’d recommendeating before coming and maybe coming here only for a date Read more

Such a beautiful place! The small Japanese garden in the middle of the restaurant was a pleasure to see. We were lucky enough to... get a table right beside it as well. The drinks and the food itself wasn't really exceptional. I tried the Koh-Hii and wasexpecting to taste more of the coffee liqueur in it. For food I tried the Rising Sun and Spicy Tomato Tofu. Both of them wereflavorful but just not very impressive. While I didn't enjoy my order too much this time, I'll definitely visit again to trymore off their menu. Read more

Amazing place to go for happy hour! Sushi was delicious and so were the drinks. The sushi had fresh ingredients and was put... together perfectly! Our group ordered a few different rolls. We had the Bad Boy, Spider roll, Unami roll, Spicy tuna roll, andthe Crunchy Seattle. Our favorite was the Bad Boy, but the others were also really tasty! For drinks we ordered Miso Mules anda Leche Martini. We all enjoyed the drinks we ordered. Service was also very good, they also never made us wait too long toorder more food or drinks. The vibe of the place was really great! They have a bar in the front and a large dining space in theback. In the middle is a courtyard which is a fun element as well. Overall we had a great experience and will definitely bereturning! Read more

The first red flag for me was that the dishes came out almost instantly after ordering them, which is concerning for a Japanese... restaurant. 5 stars for the service. The glowing reviews are certainly understandable, the ambiance is inviting, the design istasteful and the location is prime. However, I mistook the reviews for high expectations; food-wise. The food is average ingeneral and does not stand out. I may be biased as I am from NYC. Everything is mediocre and the price point does not help. Read more
