Very poorly ran Popeyes. They never have things that are on the menu. Not only that, the other day their drive thru was closed... down, but no one thought to put a sign up indicating that it was closed. Competency is not their strong suit. I?d rather driveall the way to Renton. They need to do better. Read more
I personally don't dine at Popeyes myself, my daughter and her mother love. I use to love it until I had two bad experiences.... One was after waiting for a long time in line I finally got my order. I went home and opened the box and the chicken smellsburnt and the color looked burnt. The second experience was after waiting for a long period of time the food that I received wasso cold I really couldn't believe it. My order was wrong. Didn?t get the mashed potatoes, got two biscuits instead. I didn?t get any any of our four drinks, wanted 3... cokes and one root beer. The chicken was dry. We ordered all combo meals. Then they don?t answer the phone when I called tocomplain. The mailbox was full! Read more
The sign on the restaurant says it's open at 10:30 but they aren't open until 11. Spoke with a worker at 10:45 who told me that... they only start at 11. Updating your hours both online and on your door would be great. Update: at 11:15 there are cars wrappedaround the building waiting in the drive through and they aren't open yet.
