I always order delivery here during the weekend! I love there chicken dum biryani and in general the food is great! Yesterday I... ordered Chicken dum biryani and chicken pakora via doordash and as usual it was great BUT this time I found a big piece stone inthe biryani and hurt my upper gum in my mouth luckily I didn't bite through to either break or chop my tooth. I called therestaurant immediately and said what I found and in response all I hear is the man over the phone saying they usually check theitems pretty well and he isn't sure about it which I think is obvious, he simply said "I am sorry about that" I mean itsunderstandable that accidents and mistakes happens but this thing could have got me into big dental issues, I was fortunateenough not to bite it hard. I didn't wanted to leave a review but since the guy over the phone seemed to take this lightly, Ithought I must warn other customers to please look into your food before you put it in your mouth for your safety. Excellent food thank you great customer service. I ordered food one night and went over to mud Bay to get some cat food for my... cat and dog and I forgot to pick up my order that night and went back the next night and they trusted me enough to give me mymeal that I never got the night before so thank you for your honesty God bless you. Tandoori chicken was full of red food coloring and biryani was just basmati rice mixed with chicken curry. Everything tasted... very bland. If you ask for extra spice, they just add more chilli powder. Spice and Chilli powder are not same and as an Indianrestaurant they should very well know it. Would not recommend. Read more
