Really enjoyed the pick up via mobile app. They had a security guard during lunch time on a weekday to check my id to make sure... Probably 4-5 people are waiting for the mobile order along with me. For one of the people, they are late for more than half an... hour. The guard has extremely bad attitude. They tell you to wait, but they don't tell you if you order is prepared or not. When we complain, the guard simply say never come back to the store. Wow, what an amazing cutomer service. Read more
Worst Chipotle I've been to. I just got to downtown Seattle after a flight and I wanted to stop by to eat something. Upon my... arrival, some guy came close and then I realized he was security and told me only to go, how I cannot sit. Then the counter girlsaid only online orders. It wasn't a big deal, I was about to place one until security guy told me I can't sit. And I questionedhim why, he said we are short staffed. I asked him what does this has to do with sitting on a table and he told everyone toleave. Including the people who were in line.
