Purchased two venti caramel macchiatos on 10/30/21 @ 2 pm from Gwen. It's is highly recommended to NOT ORDER from this location... that if Gwen is making the orders!!! Please heed this warning! This is advised due to the following experience; Purchased themacchiatos from Gwen. Gwen then proceeded to make the order. My wife and I bought a few items from safe way in the meantime.Returned to the ready station located on the left side of the counter to retrieve order approximately 10 minutes later. Upontaste of the machiattos, it was immediately apparent that something must have gone wrong while making the drinks. After a fewmore sips my wife and I were able to identify that there was an excess of milk within the coffees. We proceeded to the counterto bring this to the attention of Gwen. Unfortunately, Gwen gave us an attitude and started the their is coffee In thedrinks. We asked Gwen to remake the drinks. Reluctantly Gwen agreed and informed us that they will taste the same. Gwenproceeded to remake our order. We witnesses an exorbitant amount of milk being put into our cups. We thanked Gwen for our newlymade coffees and left. The coffees were too hot to inspect at the moment. We arrived home 10 minutes later. We poured thecoffee into a clear glass. This revealed that, indeed, too much milk went into the making of the drinks!!! This was absolutelythe worst coffee I have ever tasted! I have attached pictures of the coffees. At least you can count on the consistency of starbucks. That is impressive given how many stores and employees they have. They... are never out of what I want and it is always exactly the way I got it before. It is a marvel of social engineering what theyhave accomplished. The onliest gripe I could have is when I work at places at 6am near starbucks that are in stores that are notopen at 545am I might not get my coffee but it is unreal to expect more of them. The first time I visited the barista took my order and charged me but then tells me she's cleaning the machine so I got nothing.... This visit she gives me a cup of hot milk. I bring it back and her and another girl laughed about it. Time to start brewing myown coffee at home. Read more
