Don?t waste your time. Went through the drive through & only one other person was in line so they weren?t busy. Asked for a fill... up bowl, Dr Pepper & a side of Mac & cheese. They repeated the order & it was right except the drink. I get to the window & theystill give me the wrong drink & forgot my side so I went back not even a full minute later. She was nice enough & gave me theright drink but when I told her they also missed my side of Mac & cheese she came back & I was given just the Mac & cheese &nugget bowl which again was not what I ordered. This place charges MORE than it says on the menu. It has happened multiple times when my friend was here and just happened again... to me. They just said sorry after instead of giving me the money they overcharged or any free items. They already charge waymore than a normal KFC and have the fact that they throw in extra costs is disgusting. Do not support greedy business ownerslike this. Read more

This is my fourth consecutive visit to the aurora location. where something wasnt available or the food was prepared wrong. Each... time telling myself it wouldnt happen the next time. Tonight was my LAST straw, I'm fed up! The experiences at this location nowleaves me with such a distaste that I wont return again. This last experience....how do you run out of crispy dark meat@6:30p.m. not only did this location run out, but they didnt relay this message until AFTER my payment card was accepted.
