Chicken tenders were mostly breading and super small. I was given the wrong dipping sauces and they were warm, not cool. The... waffle potatoes were not washed properly and I had dirt crunch which turned me off to the whole meal. This is the second visitto this restaurant different locations. Same yuk experience. Legitimately the worst location I?ve been too. Tables are gross and order tags are left all about. The service is downright... appalling. They either don?t care or are having some issues with staffing. It?s like this every time I?m at this location. Iwatched our tray sit with sandwiches the entire time while they wait for the kitchen to prepare our outstanding items. 32 minsto get our order. Cold fries and cold chicken. Order number 2182753 7/5. I came in during a somewhat busy time, ordered online while in line for drive thru but changed my mind and went inside to... pickup. The manager on duty was working just as hard as the employees, awesome to see! Running orders, talking to each other,everyone was respectful as well. I?ll have to say that I?ve never been a fan, but decided to order from here today. I picked up a salad (that I?ve never had),... and while I understand that there are supply chain issues - the chicken on this was the worst. It would have been better withoutthe chicken. Way too spicy,seasoned, greasy and overcooked (and I eat spicy). The left is what it?s supposed to look like andthe right is what I got. The salad was otherwise good, minus the chicken. Read more

So I?m a single working mom with two growing boys. I don?t get the luxury of treating my kids to chick fil a very often because... is so expensive. So today I got the chance and treated me and my kids. I added bacon to our spicy sandwiches cause that?s how welike it. And they literally charge almost two bucks a sandwich to add bacon. And you see the picture below that?s unacceptablefor two bucks. I know around 6 bucks don?t mean much to some but it does to my family.
