The staff is so rude!! They made a mistake and were rude about it. This subway did not have the bread I ordered on the app, so... when I got there. He had already made something I did not want. So I wanted a refund, but the app had already charged me. But hesaid he could not refund me.. I asked for it to be made with my second choice of bread. He said, ?but I already made one withwheat bread,? then rolled his eyes at me. As he was making it reading off the slip he didn't toast it and kept trying to addthings I didn't want. I ordered my subways from the Subway App and submitted at 8:20PM. Told me the sandwich was ready at 8:40PM. I got to the... Subway Restaurant and it was already closed. Lights already off and worker already gone. Basically this Subway Restaurant is athief and has bad way to do business. If you are closing, do not accept online orders, it's very simple. Now I am out on $$$,No Food and nothing to eat since other restaurant are closed. I would not recommend to go to this Subway Restaurant and go to145th and 15th Ave NE (down the street) where they have better services and not to take online order when they are closing. Read more
Don?t order delivery from this subway, or you?ll end up waiting 1-2 hours for them to make it. No exaggeration, literally took... 95 minutes to get a Turkey footlong. Maybe I haven?t been to a subway for a while, is over an hour the usual wait time for aTurkey sub? I regret not going to a steakhouse. Read more
