I frequently visit this branch and it has a good drive-thru set-up. It is hard to admit but, I believe it is time to provide... feedback regarding recent interaction with the worker. When using credit card, the billing machine prompts to select additionaltip which is a new feature and it should've been introduced years ago. I tapped my credit card to the prompter not knowing thenew feature and the moment my credit card touched the surface of the prompter, the worker "yelled" and "pulled" away theprompter by saying "Wait for other information!" - I mean come on, there are much better ways to nudge a customer but I rathernot be yelled at to select gratuity. For the record, to avoid any delay for the drive-thru, I immediately selected $2 tip for$5.24 Grande Americano and drove away. I believe this branch can use some additional coaching on "not yelling at the customer"and hire additional workers to relief the ongoing stress. I hope this feedback means value to the branch to get better withcustomers. Read more
What a busy little Starbucks I see ????, and yet the staff does all they can to pump out those ridiculous orders of these 9 to... 5'ers lol. Glad the Chestnut Praline Latte is back! Just went through the drive thru so can't judge the atmosphere, but the sausage + egg sandwich was standard, and the coffees... were made to order without issue. Service was on par with every other Starbucks. What can I say, it's a Starbucks. Read more
Would give it a zero if I could. I had some bad experiences with this location previously,but I tried again to give an... opportunity and see if it would be better,wrong! It was the most disgusting coffee I?ve ever ordered at Starbucks. TheFrappuccino I ordered had something in the bottom sort of slimy thing I couldn?t recognize what hell was that. Once I wasdrinking that, I almost threw up and spend my entire day sick and couldn?t eat anything. It destroyed my stomach that day. It?ssad Starbucks losing the quality.
