IM NOT GIVING THEM ANY STAR!! they are rude an didn't even help satisfy the mistake at hand .....???? 4 of us go to this taco... place because it was convenient open later.... We had a 55 dollar order..they did not give out receipt!! It was in the ordermenu outside.... 2 supreme burrito party packs X amount of Doritos locos hard Tacos Cinnabons X amount of spicy somethingburrito So when we noticed the order not right,,,all we got was 7 burrito for that price!!!! .......they did nothing to fixit. One of if not the worst " fast food" places I've ever been too. It doesn't seem to matter what day or time you go there, but... most of the time the lobby is closed due to " short staff" but this sort of thing never happened pre COVID. They have justgotten lazy and feel that they can just close the lobby when ever they want to now. That's not even mentioning the countless testhey have messed up my order. The staff are rude and disrespectful at the best of times and completely ignore you at othertimes. I'll be getting a hold of corporate and harassing them to do something. Read more
Always ask for the spicy variant of whatever meal i order (recently its been the Dbl Steak Grilled Cheese burrito) and every... time i get the normal variant, which kinda breaks the point of paying slightly extra. On top of that, later in the night theyllgive you smaller tortillas without telling you which also should come cheaper if the serving size is about 20% smaller. Just mytwo cents. ???? Read more
