Did not stay here so I can not write a review about the room. We did use the valet service and interacted with the front desk to... pay for our valet. We were here for dinner at Tulio. All the staff was extremely nice and helpful. We felt very welcomed when wepulled up our car and were cozy once we stepped into the hotel lobby. The lobby isn't too big but simple and cute. The folksthat helped us that evening were exceptionally sociable and sweet. If we didn't live in Seattle we would stay at thishotel. Besides the amicable service, the location of this place is excellent. This hotel is located in the heart ofdowntown! Beautiful hotel with vintage decor rooms, new everything and spotless. Rooms are very quiet even being in the downtown... area. The staff are amazing. A surprise event occured closing most of the area where the hotel is for security but they walkedme through getting there and got me all set for my departure tomorrow having my vehicle setup to be ready first thing in themorning to depart. First, this hotel is in a great location and the rooms are spacious and nice. Second, Edna helped us check in and with our happy... hour wine and was just incredible. She was warm, friendly, and exceedingly helpful and just the smiling face I needed after along week. Will definitely return! Read more

Not pleased at all with my stay. Many complications. First, it took me 2 sessions of 20-30 min with the desk to understand what... is actually being charged for the 2 rooms I booked and the deposits that were debited (deposit not coherent between the tworooms, clerc not being able to find info, amounts not exactly matching reservation price, had problem only with this hotel on mybusiness trip). Then the room was smelly rancid in the thanks to the plastic shower curtain not being replaced / clean. Servicein the room being done apparently only every .... 3 days for ?Covid? reasons. We are in sept 2022, no more Covid emergencymeasures at this point. There is no facility for breakfast, so you?re on your own trying to find food before 9am for a workmeeting. Nothing is open around. Same at night, no restaurant past 9/9:30pm when I arrived from the airport, and no facility inthe hotel. I wanted to pay cash at check out but couldn?t because they had processed the credit card that they asked me to puton hold at check in and can?t take cash. The bill didn?t show what was paid today (some taxes) and but the whole amount for thestay with the deposit being on the date of check out. It?s maybe just a detail but try now to get that understood by the billingdepartment if my French based employer what I paid today out at check out (50$) of the 848$ bill. It was clean and reasonably comfortable. The bed was hard and the bathroom was very small. The shower had almost no pressure so... good luck washing your hair if you have thick hair. When we got there we were told our reservation had been cancelled about 18days before our visit. We had booked our room 9 months ago for a concert. They were able to get us into another room though. Notvery impressed for $300 per night after taxes and everything. $50 per night for parking. Lots of things in walking distance andpet friendly but probably won?t stay again. Read more
