I loved this place so much. It was my go-to lunch place during work days. They had grain bowls for all their salad menus and... they let you customize your bowl. I especially loved their Super Bowl with quinoa and turkey. But this month they changed theirmenu. There?s no quinoa. There?s no grain bowl. There?s no customization. The quantity of their warm bowls is bad. They don?tmix the warm bowl ingredients. They have two options for warm bowl ? jalapeño business(it?s okay) and the wok bowl(????). I amnot coming back again. NEVER order a large bowl here, they just make half the size and just give it in a larger container. I paid 1.5 times a regular... bowl to only get bigger container. They charge $15 for half a bowl??? Also, the lady at the counter is just rude to your facefor asking why. Read more
I've actually been having salads from this place for more than a week now, so I would call my self a regular customer. Earlier,... there was a lady who was nice and humble. She's now been replaced by a bald person and dude with a cap - both of them areextremely rude. I fully realize I'm over paying to meet my diet goals but these two constantly make errors in making a salad andon top of it they are absolutely rude when I call them out on it ( I'm not even expecting a return here). I am highly disappointed with what I have witnessed as a customer in this store today! Employees not frequently changing their... gloves given the severity of what we?ve all gone through with Covid, you?d think there would be basic protocols for cleanlinessand sanitation! I have seen at least 2 employees use their phone with gloves ON and then proceed to touch a broom and then servecustomers with the SAME pair of gloves !!! Unacceptable. Please do better, there doesn?t seem to be any managing going on orelse employees wouldn?t behave this way. I understand if busy they cannot change their gloves but touching personal items aswell as brooms and dustpans and then touching the produce? It?s common sense. Read more
