Placed an order online. Whoever was delivering just marked the order as delivered without so much as a text or call to me let... alone delivering my food, and the system they have in place makes it so that the phone numbers they provide you to contact thedriver disconnect after they mark it as delivered. Further more no matter how many times you call the location doesn?t pickuptheir phone. Essentially if you order a delivery whether online or through the app, not only will it take over an hour if yourfood even does show up, but there?s also a solid chance someone will just run off with your food and keep your money. And you?llhave no way to contact the driver due to the number automatically not working after they mark it as delivered on their end withno confirmation from you and whoever is working at the location won?t pick up the phone either no matter how many times you callso you?ll have no way to even attempt to recover your order. Tried the boneless chicken with spicy Korean sauce. Liked it! Pickup was a bit of inconvenience.
Terrible service. I was not able to pick up my food after ordering due to an uncontrollable incident.. I called 4 hours after... ordering to explain my situation and ask if they could please kindly remake my order. I called a few times and no one answeredthe phone so I decided to drive over. The woman at the front refused to remake my food. The wings I had paid for had beensitting out for 4 hours at this point.. I explained that chicken that has been left at room temperature for longer than 2 hoursis no longer safe to eat. This is a fact from the CDC and the workers should have learned this when they were required to gettheir food handlers card. Unfortunately my explanation as to why I could not eat the bacteria filled food was not enough for herto reconsider and I was served the perishable food that had been sitting at a dangerous temperature for hours. Walked in to be told that they were accepting online orders only. Would?ve been nice to know since I could?ve gone home and... watched a whole movie before my order finished. Never order online from this place. It?ll be an hour wait & sit on the counterfor 20 minutes longer after that because they won?t announce that your order is done. My girlfriend placed an order at the sametime as me & waited a full hour before they said that they never received her order even though her account was charged. Theysaid we could come back TOMORROW and try to get a refund. Every table was dirty and covered in sauce & the employee gave me acode to the bathroom that didn?t work. I gave up. Not worth it for mediocre wings that will just give you a stomach acheanyways. Go to a local pub and order their wings instead. Not sure how it takes an hour to fry frozen chicken nuggets but theyfound a way to make it the worst experience I?ve ever had getting food. I never review restaurants or complain about foodservice but I hope this place gets a massive restructure because they shouldn?t take money from customers and treat them liketrash. Read more

Came in 30 minutes before close. Was greeted right when I walked in and given excellent service by manager Josh and his quick,... hard working team. I got the 20 piece boneless with fries and sauce meal deal which I always get. It was amazing as it alwaysis. The co2 was down in the fountain drink machine (which is out of their control as far as when it gets delivered) but I wasable to get the last can of Dr Pepper. Since the can had been dropped the manager felt bad and tossed it in with my meal. Alwaysget great service here. Read more
