I had ordered some last minute food for new years eve, they were taking orders up u tip 2pm and I had placed mine at 145pm. The... woman asked me what time did I want it to be ready for and I said 3pm if that wasn't too early and she said nope that will work.I am a RN so last minute I got assigned a patient to see last minute. I called the restaurant at 2pm and asked them to have itready for 4pm instead (figuring it would give them an extra hr too! They hadn'tstarted it). It was a different lady who I spoketo via phone and she gave me such a rude condescending attitude.... She said "no we can't do, close early tonight and that won'twork".(they were closing at 11!!!).... I asked politely and explained why I asked to change it and she rudely said no! So shecanceled my order instead. I know it's NYE and everyone is busy but come on!!! Don't open up a restaurant if you are going to bea rude jerk who could give 2 craps about their customers.
