Hallelujah! Gluten free sushi in Santa Fe! Not just "we have tamari sauce"; Gluten free items marked directly on their menu (so... are vegetarian, cooked, and spicy.) Nigiri prep area is dedicated gluten free. Staff is knowledgeable about celiacspecifically. My husband is Celiac and the rest of us aren't. Everything we ordered was wonderful (really, I never thought Iwould rave about fried rice, but OMG it was SO GOOD??) The prices seem a little high, for the non-sushi, until you see theportions! I have at least two more meals out of my fried rice plate. Nigiri is 2 pieces. Rolls are 8 pieces. Four people withdrinks, dinner, and dessert $140 (~$35 per person, only one meal not sushi.)
