Fantastic friendly service! The ambiance is very cozy and charming. We ordered a turkey sandwhich, tuna pesto panini, and... tomato tartine. The turkey sandwhich was good but lacking in turkey. I think there was some kind if mustard or sauce but coulduse more to make it moist. The tuna panini was very good. The bread was very crispy and crunchy just how a panini shouldbe. I can't say enough good things about this place. The food, pastries, and bread all delish (had an avo tartine, apple tart,... Sammies to go for our flight home, and drip coffee). Prices were fair, service was quick, polite, professional -- not always aguarantee right now, as staffing shortages impact many restaurants and cafes. They give you cloth napkins (!!), real salt andpepper grinder, nice silverware... Such lovely touches for a cafe at this price point. My wife and I came here on a whim as we wanted breakfast and saw the sign as we were leaving our hotel. We couldn't have picked... a better place if we had tried. The egg tartini was so fluffy but crisp around the edges of the bread and the cheese was soflavorful too. The highlight was definitely the blueberry muffin though which tasted so different from any other blueberrymuffin I've had but in an amazing way. It's sweet but not too sweet, it's crispy on top but soft and moist in the middle and theflavor is just wow. If we lived nearby this would be a staple for sure!! Read more
Absolutely a must visit. The pastries are fantastic, staff is friendly (and has great recommendations) and was diligent with a... friend?s allergies. Polite staff and good open face sandwiches. The espresso was good too. I liked the ambiance as it felt very no frills and... pleasant. Seating is a bit limited inside when busy.
