We had very nice food in Casa Chimayo: stuffed jalapeños and marinated bison (which was a special). The food was delicious and... everything was very well priced. Removed a star for service as it was quite hard to get anyone’s attention. I would stillrecommend the place, the food was worth it. Read more
My dad and I an a great dinner. The blue corn enchipalata was very flavorful and the Cochinita Pibil was tender and delicious.... Ambiance was very nice, our waitress was phenomenal, the food was amazing. The table-side quac might be the best I've ever had,... and everyone's entree was delicious. Very fresh and flavorful.
