Uncle DT's is doing it right. My daughter and I stumbled on this place during a cross-country trip when we got tired of fast... food. I ordered the brisket sandwich with potato salad on the side. I got a mountain of perfectly seasoned beef on a soft,slightly sweet roll. My daughter got the pulled pork, which was tangy, savory, and delicious. She also ordered a side ofmacaroni and cheese, which was creamy, comforting, and toothsome. We finished up with a decadent slab of cornbread soaked inhoney and cream.
