The new automated system does not work. Spoke to a young boy this morning and and he hung up the phone before I could finish my... order. I called back to cancel my order and he did not seem to care. Every time we're in town, we get green Chile bacon breakfast burritos. They are fantastic. The green Chile double cheeseburger... is also a staple. I really love their food but I am so tired of my order getting messed up. I ask, and pay, for additional toppings that half the... time I dont get. I also usually ask to customize my burger/burrito to my liking and they make it the same way no matter what yousay. Oh and you'd better hope that one of the cook's friends dont show up. I just watched my burger sit forgotten on the grilluntil it was crispy while the guy made his friends order first, which was 3 orders behind mine, and of course it wasn't madecorrectly either. Very frustrating to have to gamble on your meal. I guess I'll drive the extra distance to a different locationand try my luck elsewhere. Read more
