Every time I come here with my bf we both enjoy the food this place serves. I am gluten, dairy, and soy free and I'm so happy... that Tim found this place to cater to my dietary restrictions. Hit or miss, in so many ways. Sometimes the staff is really friendly, other times incredibly aloof. Sometimes the cupcakes and... cookies are great, moist, tasty.. other times very dry. The soups and entrees go from delicious to completely misleading anddisappointing. It?s local and vegan/gluten free friendly, but sometimes the restaurant itself doesn?t give the friendliest vibedue to attitude and/or inconsistency. Wish it was otherwise! Read more
Food was amazing, but the service was lacking. One of the employees was very kind, but the other one was incredibly rude to both... my friend and me. She and I both simply asked what was popular on the menu and she had attitude in every response for nowarranted reason. Then as she was cleaning off a table, she complained loudly about how messy the previous customer had been forspilling his water. ?Disgusting. How does a grown man spill his water?? A simple mistake. Our experience with her was overallvery unpleasant. I do not usually like to leave public negative reviews, but when I asked for the manager I was told there wasno one present to speak with me. When I asked for a business email or phone number to speak to the manager, I was told that wasnot an option. So I let them know I would be writing an honest review about the service. The service industry is not foreveryone and if someone cannot work without being rude to customers and guests then maybe they should not be working in arestaurant, setting a bad vibe for people who only wish to enjoy their dining experience. Will not be visiting the establishment while I am here on my contact. I took my daughter out to eat for her birthday. We thought... we could try this place since it caters to veg/vegans. I ordered a veggie burger and a pizza. My daughter order the stir-fry.One the burger was too spicy the fries were not cooked well. My daughter said the stir-fry was too spicy. She ordered a Bundtcake and it was dry. But the thing that made it worst I ordered a pizza and never received it I had to ask about the pizza. Theyleft it in the oven and it was burnt the cook said next time when we come in we would get a discount... Like how?? They didn'teven take down our names. No one came and checked if we needed anything. The staff were not friendly. I hope they do better forother people visiting their establishment. Read more

My husband and I love the food and we have absolutely loved everything in Albuquerque restaurant. However, there's something... wrong with the Santa Fe site or something. As I said, we love the food, but last week when we went it was the second time thatwe had to finally have our food put in a to-go box because it just simply never came. Came. The server was kind but said thatthey lost our ticket. Which is weird, because there was only one other table occupied in the entire restaurant while we werethere and we were there kind of early for lunch. Again, this is the second time that it takes so long or they lose a ticket orsomething's not organized. Having been to Albuquerque's site so many times, I don't think that this owner will be happy aboutthis. Just saying! Read more
