One of the worst burgers ever. Looked at the grill and the person was trying to flip a bunch. They are so thin they mostly... fell apart. Our burgers were so overcooked and no flavor. The order of frys was over salted and way smaller than they used tobe. This will be our last visit to 5guys. Read more

Way overpriced. $26 for single burger, double burger, one drink, one fries, jalapenos on the one burger. Could easily make same... meal at home for $5-6. Took them 25 minutes, and only a couple of orders ahead of us. Very unimpressive. Read more
My husband came in to get our to go order and was ignored forever before someone came out of the back and greeted him, we ask... for no salt on one of the fries because my mom cannot have salt and they gave us all salty fries, our buns were soogy and we gotone burger in a bowl they were very scimpy with the lettuce.
