Good when they actually get my order correct (which is rare). Will order pizza online through the app and the app will say my... pizzas are done only for me to go to the store and find out they are not. I asked employee about it and he said they "don'tcontrol the app". My suspicion is that they push the pizzas through the app so that their times look better to corporate. Either way, I'm done with this location and possibly dominos in general. Read more
I won't go to the store in Riverdale anymore because they have bad service. I went out of my way to come to this location. My... own fault for not checking before I left but when I got home my pizzas are burnt. Dominos need to step up there game. Notimpressed at all. I would take it back and complain if it were not so far away. Read more
Not a good location. The entire order was wrong and not on time. Additionally, Dominos used to have really good tasting pizza... but this was not good. It was mostly all crust and the sauce lacked the flavor we are used to. Not good. Read more
Tried to order online. First it said that online ordering wasn't available. Then it said an error occurred and to call the store... directly. Called the store. Was on hold the whole 15min it took me to drive there. Walked up to the counter. The guy at theregister looked up, made eye contact and walked away without a word. Stood there for a couple minutes. No one made eye contact.They looked...I mean. I've worked in food service. I know what fast-paced is. This was not it. I'm not saying they weren't busy,but wow. You're going to ignore a customer standing in front of you while you mosey around in the back? Just "be with you in aminute" would have been enough. But no. Straight-up ignored me. Read more

Ok, so I have been to this location 3 times in the last 3 months. The first time (Saturday around 5pm) it took my pizza 45... minutes to make it in the oven, 30 of those minutes I was parked out front and had selected "Here" on the app. Just tookforever. But the pizzas were great. The 2nd and third time (week days, around 4pm) the service was lightening fast, the food wassuper fresh, portions and accuracy of toppings was definitely as expected. I also was able to walk in immediately and get thepizza with no wait. So, not sure what happened between the first and the 2nd/3rd visits, but as of most recently, definitely a 5star. Will continue to update post if the service reverts back to the same level of the first visit. Edit: okay hitting upanother edit since my last one. I have probably gone a half a dozen times since my last update. It dropped my score down somebecause of the Pizza construction and topping quantity. I feel like the pizza crusts are slightly bigger with less toppings inthe middle as well as less toppings overall. I ordered double sausage quite often and it seems like I barely get a singlesausage.
