They NEVER NEVER NEVER answer the phone they NEVER NEVER GET THE ORDER RIGHT 3 TIMES I ORDERED CRAZY CRUST HOT HOME.AND NONE NOT... ONE PIZZA WITH CRAZY CRUST. IVE ORDERED 6-10 PIZZAS BEFORE AND ORDERED CRAZY CRUST ALL OVER IT AND NOT ONE HAD IT WHEN I GOTHOME. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL..... EVER! It sucks to. This used to be the best little Caesars, but boy has that gone down hill. I placed an online order tonight for the first time in... a little while, and not once but TWICE I was given a raw pizza. I ordered at 6pm, waited over an hour for my order to be ready,got it home and took a bite just for the dough to be completely raw. I took it back and was told they?d have another one out tome in 10 minutes. I waited 30 minutes and eventually went up to ask for a refund because at this point it?s been 2 and a halfhours since I?ve ordered my dinner. They start the refund but then stop because my pizza was just coming out of the oven. Iopened the box and it looked more done than the last one so I left. I get back home to eat my pizza and of course, first bite,still completely raw. I wasn?t about to drive back there for a THIRD time, so I called. I got hung up on 5 times, then theyfinally answered and had a horrible attitude because I asked for a refund. They said they would refund it but didn?t take myname or anything until I gave it to them. I understand being understaffed, but there were employees standing around doingabsolutely nothing both of the times I sat there waiting for my pizza. At this point, I?ll just order from elsewhere. Not likelittle Caesars prices are any better anymore. Horrible. Read more
Communication is key between you and your customers. Not paying the phone bill or ignoring the phone... that effects your... customers ability to reach you hence the three stars. Otherwise the customer service is a bit hit and miss but mostly good.Treat your people well, take care of them so they are better equipped to take care of your customers. Please train youremployees on consistent pizza making as far as the pizza sizes and definitely how to properly and completely slice a freakinpizza. Read more
Starting yesterday, I went in there to get pizza for my family, they were extremely rude. Went back today, thinking maybe they... were just having a bad day yesterday. I paid for a deep dish Hawaiian pizza but they gave me an undercooked normal Hawaiian. Iproceeded to call them to get it remade and the correct pizza. They hung up on me while I was explaining the situation, calledthe second time and talked to a manager they said they would make one when we got there ( mind you we waited 30 min for theoriginal pizza), we tried to call back but not once, not twice ?.. 5 times.
