Update. For once the online ordering worked, congrats on that. But honestly. Went to pick it up, the lobby was closed. So we had... to wait in line in the drive through for at least 20 minutes to get our cold food. Top that off. THE ORDER WAS WRONG. IMAGINETHAT. called to see if we could get the items missing from our order, yes, but you still have to sit in the long drive throughto pick them up. Because the lobby is CLOSED. RECENT changes in management or not, it's just seriously not worth the hassle.Done. 11/17/22 This may be a location issue. Our closest store was all of the sudden closed all weekend.. what's that about.So, we chose another store, and man we regretted it big time. They were out of pretty much everything, which is strange becauseit was normal business hours. As you can see from the picture below, this pathetic thing was supposed to be a Ruben sandwich.Literally, this is one piece of pastrami. I heard changes were made to this store to bring it to company standards however, I disagree. I ordered online to hopefully pass... the line. Upon entering the store (2 minutes passed the promise time) I waited at the counter for 5 minutes before beingapproached, I informed them I had ordered online. There was no response from the associate. I waited in the store for another 22minutes before a different associate came from the kitchen in the back and said that I could take a free sweet bread for thewait. Another 15 minutes and I finally got my order. I ordered two sandwiches - that?s the whole order, two sandwiches. When Igot back home and opened the container, both sandwiches were made with ranch dressing. My order was one with ranch and the otherthe way it comes with mustard sauce. Sad part is, this is not the only negative experience I have had at this kneaders. Themanagement in charge must have changed since my last visit. I had another negative experience two times ago, and last time was amuch better experience. This is by far the worst of them all. Waited over an hour for just two orders of French toast this morning. We had a busy toddler with us and it made the whole... experience so stressful to wait so long. I understand it is so hard to work in the food world, but this location has always beenso slow. And the cashiers always seem to be a little rude. We ordered several loaves of bread and some pastries five days in advance. We didn?t find out they didn?t have half our order... until we showed up to pick them up. What?s the point of ordering in advance from a BAKERY if they don?t make it fresh for you??Or at least communicate before hand if an item is no longer available. Or don?t offer it. I normally love Kneaders but this location is the slowest in the valley. There?s only one person cooking in the back and they... take forever. Ordered one single order of French toast to go.
