Not a fan of the hold time on the phone. I understand they have a menu online, but they don't offer certain items on there. ... (Such as Gluten Free) you have to call and place an order for take out for that. I was on hold for over 25 min. Also when I didcall, I told the individual taking the order I needed gluten free and he had to check with his manager to verify they had agluten free menu. (Which they do) I was told 30 min to pick up. I arrived pick up went smooth, but our food was cold. Maybe moreaccurate wait times would be great. Read more
Poor service, poor customer service, poor management and no leadership... 15 minute wait after 2 transfers to place a to go... order gave me enough time to drive in. While on phone I asked for manager they said you will have to wait some more. At thispoint I walked in. Arrive to a dead restaurant. 5 mins go by several employees notice me at the to go counter and finally themanager walks up. I explain the situation and he said that's strange, would you still like to place an order? Not an I'm sorry,sorry we are busy (which I could see they were not) nothing, let me give a free dessert or discount, NOTHING! giving five stars because our waiter sam comped the entire bill for us. got inside around 2:30/45 and was not greeted by anyone... for 5 minutes. once seated, we got drinks and then waited. and waited. nobody came to take our order til about 3:10. i am not asnap at the waiter type of person so of course i didn?t flag him down. he openly said he just forgot about us. reallyfrustrating. food was fine, probably won?t come back. Sam was my server. He did a great job no complaints. The only reason I was at chili's was no where else was open for Easter. So... we went honestly when I want to go out I don't think chili's. Because every time I eat there the food is always average not, ohwow that is good. My soup came out cold I told my waiter and he fixed the problem. This Chili's location was a great experience. Took my family out after running some errands and had no desire to go home and... cook. Glad we went here. The service was great the waitress was engaging to my wife and me. My oldest daughter thinks she isnow big enough to order from the adult menu and the waitress was kind enough to play along and made her feel 'big' as sheordered. The food was good, brought out fast and with only one small mistake that they fixed quickly. We kind of went all outand forgot how big proportions were so we have plenty of take home (which I love). All in all it was a fun night and I would doit again. Read more
