The food is fine, but the mom and daughter staff are very disrespectful and have ZERO customer service skills. They should not... be in any type of position that works with the public. This is the 3rd time I have experienced the behavior and I should havewalked out, but was on a time crunch to get back to work, so I bit my lip and endured their rude behavior and comments. I really like location and don't like having to post this but there's this short black haired middle aged women that worked this... morning 9am, I can only assume shes the GM since every other worker I've met here seems to be under 18, but what I find alarmingis that this absolute specimen of a woman was just downright nasty to me for whatever reason. I don't know if you just hate yourjob or you spilt your cheerios this morning but that's not how to treat your guests. I also find it worrying that her customerservice skills are MUCH MUCH lower than that of the teenagers she employs. She didn't even have any bread ready and didn't checkto see if they had guacamole for the sandwich I wanted when from conversation she knew that was the reason why I was getting thechicken bacon ranch. They should fire her and make one of the teenagers the GM since clearly they are more professional andmake sure things are prepped properly. Read more
