This location keeps getting worse. We often wait a ridiculously long for our food. And this last time the food was so awful. The... bread was super soggy and I couldn?t even eat half my sandwich. Really terrible experience. My husband?s sandwich was equallybad and half went to waste. Read more
I?m a former manager for Jimmy Johns and actually have worked at this location years ago. The food today was good but I could... tell they were flustered because it took 15 minutes to make my one sandwich. They also gave me the wrong order and I could haveleft with someone?s two sandwiches and chips but I checked the bag first. They also forgot to put my Kickin? Ranch in the bagbut the employee was nice enough to give me an extra when I asked him about it. I think the food was good but service was veryslow and they need either more or better employees. DO NOT PLACE A DELIVERY ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. It?s literally a 1 minute and 20 second drive from my house and somehow takes... them over an hour on each delivery order I?ve placed from this location. It?s been 5 delivery orders (out of desperation ofbeing sick and starving) in the past year and a half that I?ve had the misfortune of needing to order from here and every timemy food arrives with stale bread and soggy innards due to the time it takes. One of those times I made the mistake of callingthe store to ask if the delivery was still on its way and they very rudely and condescendingly responded and said if I wish theycan cancel the order and take the food back to the store. I told them it?s okay and I?ll just wait. Food never arrived so Icalled another hour from the first call (two hours after placing order) and they rudely explained that they thought I wished tocancel the order and that the food is back at the store. I don?t know what?s going on but I would really appreciate arestaffing at this location. Complete garbage. Read more
Came in just before close, and was helped by two happy, helpful guys with excellent customer service skills. With the direction... customer service has been going these days. The fact I walked in just before close and was greeted with huge smiles, happy andready to make whatever weird sandwich request I had was a breath of fresh air. Thank you!! Read more

I ordered a regular Turkey Tom on french bread. When I received my sandwich, it had one slice of turkey folded over so it looked... like two slices. There was hardly any veggies either. It tasted like eating just bread. I was very disappointed & will neverorder it again. For the price one pays for it, you should at least get three to four slices of turkey & more veggies on it.
