Amazing first experience having omikasi! Service was impeccable and staff were very friendly. Make sure to make reservations at... the bar so you can watch the chefs prepare the dishes. . My only gripe was that there were tablets blocking the view from someangles. The restaurant itself was consistently busy. The waiters described every dish that was brought over down to everydetail. The fish was super fresh and paired very nicely with a certain sauce. Unfortunately, there were so many dishes, I couldnot remember all the names. Looking back at the pictures has me wanting to go back for more. You'll definitely leave on a fullstomach and well worth the price. The restaurant itself is located in the very cute town of Ridgewood. So after you eat, youcan walk around. Plenty of cute shops, cafes, and dessert places. We had no issues finding parking. Absolutely spectacular sushi. The quality of fish was incredible. The variety was what you would expect from a top tier... restaurant. Perfect sushi rice. While everything was incredible, the cones stood out to me…. Warm rice, cold fish, crispnori….perfection. Not cheap. Worth every penny. If you’re into real sushi, this is where it’s at….
