Had to ask for bread twice, any Italian restaurant shouldn't have to ask. We were brought four super small pieces of focaccia,... laughable. Both the Carbonara and Amatriciana were salty! i love salt but this was almost inedible, not just mine but all of ussaid too much salt. Not sure if they over salted the water or pasta dough or went too heavy w the pecorino. I get the idea of aldente when dealing with fresh pasta but the pasta needed another minute or two in the water. Our entire party was disappointed. Read more
If you are looking for Fettuccine Alfredo and chicken Parmesan this is not the place. Definitely a real and original Italian... recipes food! Amazing service and the owners Roberto e Claudia very friendly and gentle. The best pasta alla carbonara that Iate here in America. If you want a real Italian food experience this is the right place. Claudia is a gem. The food here is to die for and never disappoints. I highly recommend this place to everyone who asks for... recommendations in Ridgewood. All of the pasta is wonderful and I can?t wait to go back again. I do miss their pinsa however - Ihope one day it can come back because it was also incredible. Read more
