Went for hibachi early on a Friday night when the restaurant was not at all busy. The food was fine, but the service was abysmal... and the building is in terrible shape. Bathroom was disgusting and the paper towel dispenser was broken, buckets were scatteredaround the restaurant catching dripping water, the grills were dirty. We weren?t offered water for our entire dinner, it tookforever to get the waitresses attention for a check, and when they brought it, it was the bill for a different table. Won?t beback. Read more
I have been ordering Sushi and other assorted, delicious and beautiful plates from Mannen for years. The quality of food is... spectacular, the Sushi is both aesthetically beautiful as it is delicious. The staff is very friendly and do their best to makesure their customers are happy. I have never been disappointed going there or ordering from them and they are always a place Irecommend others to go. (This is my personal story below to expand on their great customer service.) I never utilized their freedelivery and always opted to use DoorDash until I realized how much DoorDash takes away from the restaurant (The restaurant paysthe dashers to have them deliver). I recently had a "rogue" DoorDash driver take off with my order. While the problem wasrectified, I will never use DoorDash again. I strongly recommend the same to others, because It can happen to anyone. I willspare the details of how the order was not just for me, but my family as well and that was not a happy night for any of us. Weended up getting a hold of Mannen to see if they had seen the driver pick up my order/number, which he did. When we explainedwhat had happened they were so apologetic and understanding. They then offered to make up the whole meal again for us --minutesbefore closing! Incredibly overpriced. My fiance and I ordered the Special Combo for Two, Lobster, filet mignon, shrimp and scallop for $72. ... It was one lobster tail and one filet mignon split between the two of us, and two scallops and 5 pieces of shrimps (includingthe 2 shrimps that come with hibachi dinner). I would not have ordered this had I known this ahead of time, or if it wasclearly described in the menu. Also, white rice is not included with the meal. That's an extra $2.50 per bowl. Again, it isnot mentioned in the menu that white rice ois extra. Every other hibachi place that I've been to includes white rice with themeal. Read more
It was my 1st time here and I can say as my preference it had Great service. Great Chef we had a conversation about the Ginger... dressing that was in my salad. Of course the food was Great. Some good vegetables too and I prefer broccoli. Which was a plus+?. Then packed two containers to go? I WILL return ?. Read more

I'm not sure who i spoke with on the phone when i was placing my delivery but the attitude they presented me with was... despicable. I was barely able to get a word in without being incredibly rushed. I was badgered on, i would say, six separate times to "make sure you tip my driver" because my order was below the required delivery spending limit. (I was going to tip agenerous amount regardless, but this felt demanding). When i told them i'd gladly add more menu items onto my transaction tomeet the requirements i was told it was unnecessary; come to find out i was charged so they would meet their minimum regardless,with no additional food added to my order.
