Don?t bother using the mobile app to order ahead. 9 times out of 10 my order isn?t even started when I get to the store. When I... go to the pick up counter they ask what I?m waiting for, when I tell them they act like they had no idea I even placed an order.And even then my order ends up being wrong. I've coming the past 3 days and today was the worst! I ask for an extra large caramel latte hot. The idiot decided to take... his time, when I get it its barely luke warm? His excuse?
