totally messed up my sandwich. the country club is ham and turkey, they gave me something with salami. i also asked for it cut... in half and nope. just look at my receipt vs sandwich, sorry it?s kind of dark. Read more
They?re struggling with extremely slow deliveries lately. We called an hour after ordering and were told a few of their drivers... when home and that the food would get there when it got there. The food came and the driver blamed it on us being outside thedelivery zone, despite being in Pullman city limits and never being informed of that on the phone, neither when we ordered orwhen we called back an hour later. He then told us ?not to worry? because he didn?t have any deliveries and no one was waitingto get their food because of us, as if we hadn?t just waited over 2 hours? Read more
The Pullman, WA location is so bad about taking FOREVER on deliveries. I expect it to take a little longer than usual around... lunch time and especially since it is a delivery order, but the last couple times I've ordered from this location, I received myorder 2-3 hours after it was placed. When I called the location, all I was told is that they're short staffed and that my orderwould be there soon. I'm sorry, but if my store was short staffed, I would shut down delivery orders for the day or a few hours,just to get caught up. Read more
We had fast friendly service. The guy working was by himself. He was making another order when we arrived. He greeted us and... said he would be right over. He took our order and money and immediately started making it. The phone rang he was answeringquestions while still doing things for our sandwiches. In walks someone else. He is done on the phone and comes to take the neworder. Then about 1.5 minutes goes by and boom food in our hands. It all happened in about 5 min. I will not be ordering food from this store any longer. The deliveries are consistently over 2 hours late and the staff is rude... and unprofessional when I call. The delivery people rarely follow delivery instructions so my food is always delivered to thewrong place.
