Store is currently remodeling. We had to pick up our mobile order on drive through. The morning line was unreal and only one... drive through line was open. We waited 15 mins and the drive through lady missed one of our whole order. She refused to takecare of it right the way, asked us to get in the back of the line AGAIN to provide the mobile order number again!???? Becauseshe can?t take the order at window 2.??? Wasted another 15-20 mins in the line. Gosh! Was it really that hard to fix the mistakeright the way? No compensation for their mistake and issue. I really like this McDonald's! It is much faster than the other one in town. The employees are more pleasant. Their ice cream... machine usually works. My only complaint is that their receipt printer is so bad that I can't read the numbers on it. That meansI cannot ever do a survey a get a free Quarter pounder! Read more
