Update: The store is no longer understaffed. It?s just staffed with a mix of some nice and some very rude and slow employees.... You may need a solid 15-20 minutes to order and get your food/coffee if there?s more than a few people in the store. Read more
Extremely poor customer service! Went in to grab breakfast and was told by a rude employee that they don't have any hot food,... that everything is frozen. She was rude and not apologetic for not having what I wanted at all and acted like if I wasdisturbing her! Seriously?!?!?! There was even another employee in the back talking very loudly on the phone using profoundlanguage! Extremely unprofessional and I highly do not recommend this place at all!!!!! Worst worst dunking in Providence ri from the workers to the way they run the store waited 30 for 2 dunuts they where worrying ... about the online order than the costumers.
